Can we start with honest? Trustworthy? For car repair shops, that is a rarity. What he says I will pay, is what I pay...nothing more...even if it takes more time....even if they take a loss. Steve explains everything he does to our cars in a great way, not condescending or in an arrogant way (which I have had before), he treats us with the care of a good friend. Jenna is knowledgeable and helpful beyond compare! She is PERFECT for that job. When she says it will be done, it is! I have a classic car, 56 Bel Air....Steve took extra time to completely redo nearly everything in her! She is almost a new car! We take our other cars to Miller's as well...we won't go anywhere else.
